"Everyone was in such awe of the dome ceiling and media ceiling. Everyone has just loved our dome. It looks like the real sky when the rope lights are on. It is something we can enjoy and be proud of forever. Thank you again for doing such a great job on the ceilings."

“
We absolutely love our faux finish Master bath! Our home has a Southwest feel & Melanie came up with this original design … both with texture & combining three pearlized colors. Top notch, professional job, done in a very timely manner. Melanie has many samples & really is tuned in to what the client would like to see. A++ in perfection!”
“Melanie came up with this rich pearlized coral, almost copper looking faux finish for our “Powder Bath” (1//2 bath). The photo doesn’t do this gorgeous wall justice… hard to take photo in a small area! The walls are extremely eye catching; & they make our light fixture & pedestal sink reflect some of this beautiful luster. The walls are textured, which adds to the beauty of our unusally shaped 1/2 bath. We are so pleased with both our new looking walls in our Master & 1/2 bath. I would say that Melanie is a true visionary with understanding what the client wants to see & what will look best for that area. Please don’t hesitate to use her decorating services!”

I just love this shade of red on the ceiling. I'm very excited to see this room put together.

Yay!!!! We are finally to the fun part of the Grand Highland Hotel renovation. Phew! What a crazy process it had been already. We are on the final stretch and we are beginning to see the vision come together.
Alexa and I have started the Art Deco room and the reception. The sub-freezing weather is placing a kink in the works, but we will persevere! If we can just get the electricity on and get real heat...not just portable heaters, we can bust through and get this done.
Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress and is by no means finished. ;)

Our sweet client/friend dreaded walking into her all black kitchen. It was something more fitting to a contemporary space. Her house has a beautiful open floor plan with big windows nestled in Ponderosa Pines. She has an amazing collection of antiques, family treasures, and Native American art. The black just was not working for her. So, we came up with this rustic matte finish for her cabinets and rusted the knobs to repurpose them. We are so happy with the results and better yet Marsha and her friends and family love it. THE BEST part of our job.
